By accessing or using World Wizard, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age and fully capable of understanding and complying with these terms.

3. User-Generated Content

3.1 Ownership and Responsibility

As a user of the Service, you may create, upload, or share content, including but not limited to text, images, campaign settings, or other creative materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content you create or submit to the Service.

By submitting User Content, you grant World Wizard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, distribute, and store your content in connection with operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you create and share. You agree not to upload content that is offensive, illegal, harmful, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

3.2 Moderation and Removal

World Wizard reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review and remove any User Content that violates these TOS or is deemed inappropriate at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

The Service operates on a subscription model with multiple tiers. There are no yearly subscriptions; users may choose from available tiers, including a special VIP tier.

4.1 Subscription Tiers

  • VIP Tier: A one-time fee of $5 provides lifetime access to the VIP tier. VIP members receive a locked-in price-for-life guarantee and will not be charged additional subscription fees for access tied to that lifetime purchase.
  • Other Tiers: World Wizard may offer other paid tiers or options as advertised in the app.

Subscription fees (other than the VIP locked-in price) are subject to change over time at World Wizard's discretion.

4.2 Refunds

Subscription fees and purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. If there are issues with the Service or if a purchase is not properly credited, please contact our support team for assistance.

5. Data Handling

We collect and store data that is necessary to operate and improve the Service, including but not limited to account information, User Content, and usage data. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of this data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security. You agree that World Wizard is not liable for any unauthorized access to your data, except as required by law.

6. Prohibited Activities

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Submit User Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Engage in harmful behavior such as harassment, bullying, or defamation.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Service or its functionality.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these TOS, engage in prohibited activities, or if we deem your use of the Service harmful to other users or our platform.

8. Changes to the Terms of Service

We may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Subscription fees may be increased over time at World Wizard's discretion; however, VIP tier members who purchased the VIP lifetime access retain their locked-in price guarantee and will not be affected by such increases.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, World Wizard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
