Terms of Service: Marketplace Addendum

This is an addendum to, not a replacement for, the World Wizard Terms of Service.

1. Wizard’s Workshop

World Wizard LLC operates Wizard’s Workshop, a marketplace where eligible account holders can license approved digital assets to buyers. The marketplace includes independent sellers and World Wizard Studio, which is operated by World Wizard LLC.

2. Additional Agreements

Sellers must separately accept the Wizard’s Workshop Seller Agreement before listing paid assets. Buyers are subject to the Buyer Purchase and License Agreement and Refund Policy for purchases. Applicable content and copyright rules are incorporated by reference to the extent enforceable and appropriately presented.

3. Marketplace Role

World Wizard provides marketplace, payment integration, hosting, moderation, and asset-delivery services. World Wizard may act as the payment-facing platform for Stripe Connect destination charges without becoming the copyright owner of independent sellers’ assets. The precise allocation of consumer, tax, and payment responsibilities is governed by applicable law and the relevant agreements, not labels alone.

4. World Wizard Studio Disclosure

World Wizard LLC also participates as a seller through World Wizard Studio. Studio assets are offered under the same applicable buyer-facing license and marketplace policies. Studio is not a separately incorporated company unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Moderation and Availability

World Wizard may review, reject, suspend, remove, or restrict listings and accounts where permitted by law. Approval does not certify copyright ownership. Purchased licenses ordinarily survive seller delisting; platform access remains subject to legal takedowns and service availability.

6. Purchases and Refunds

Marketplace purchases are digital-content licenses, not transfers of copyright. Eligible purchases have a voluntary 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy, subject to mandatory legal rights. Refunded licenses terminate as described in the Buyer Purchase and License Agreement.

7. Taxes and Payment

Payment processing uses Stripe Connect destination charges. Tax may be calculated and collected depending on applicable law, product type, buyer location, and registrations. Stripe automatic_tax does not itself provide tax registration, filing, or remittance. [BLOCKER: confirm tax obligations and filing arrangements before publication.]

8. Copyright

Reports of suspected infringement are handled under the published Copyright and Content Policy. World Wizard will maintain a designated DMCA agent and repeat-infringer policy as applicable.

9. Privacy and Records

Existing Privacy Policy must be checked to ensure it accurately describes Stripe data sharing, seller identity and tax onboarding, purchase records, IP addresses if logged, consent/version records, fraud reviews, and retention. Do not imply that World Wizard receives data that Stripe retains exclusively. [PRIVACY REVIEW REQUIRED.]

10. General Terms and Enforceability
